The Project Manager is responsible for planning, directing, coordinating and budgeting activities concerned with turn-key construction of commercial structures.  This position participates in the conceptual development of a construction project and oversees its organization, scheduling and implementation. This position supports construction operations from "concept-to-completion" by providing administrative support to the project team including project engineers, project managers and superintendents. The Project Superintendent is responsible for directing, coordinating and monitoring activities of construction workers on a construction site. This position will be responsible for all aspects of the bidding and estimating process including quantity takeoffs, review of plans and specifications, developing unit costs to estimate final project costs, soliciting and negotiating prices from subcontractors/suppliers, bid analysis and interacting with owners, architects and engineers. As a preconstruction engineer, you may assist in recommending sub selection and award, buyout and value engineering.

The Project Engineer, or project manager-in-training, is responsible for assisting the Project Manager and Superintendent in all aspects of the day-to-day management of a construction project.
